Clearance Explorer is a brand of Profit Lounge LLC and operates as a free deals aggregator. We surface clearance deals and discounts from retailers, and allow registered users to submit deals. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any deal listed.

Deal prices, availability, and terms are set by third-party retailers and can change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any discrepancy between what is shown on the Service and what a retailer charges.

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. We may use aggregated engagement signals — such as clicks and saves — to surface trending deals. Affiliate relationships do not determine which deals appear.

To submit deals or like content, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or submit false or misleading deals.

By submitting a deal, you represent that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not posting spam, promotional content you are paid to post, or content that violates any law
• You are not impersonating a retailer or third party

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute your submitted content as part of the Service. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent deals
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the Service without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

All original content on the Service — including the design, logo, and software — is owned by Clearance Explorer and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Deal content sourced from retailers remains the property of those retailers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearance Explorer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost savings from expired deals or reliance on inaccurate pricing information.
